GIMP
The RRU Tutorial

Edited by Miles O'Neal

(I'm not a Graphics Artist, nor do I play one on The Net.)

Ever wished you had something like Photoshop TM, but for free?

Well, now you do!

The GIMP, brought to you by Spencer Kimball, Peter Mattis, and a cast of hundreds on the Internet, is the graphics equivalent of Linux. It's free. It's easily extensible. It comes with source. Textures. Gradients. Filters. It runs on most variants of UNIX and similar systems. Ports are being considered for nearly everything besides the Sinclair ZX80 and ZX81.

And did we mention that it's free?

So let's go meet this GIMP.
