Tiffany's Rough Year

Part 2

This is a true, semi-realtime, very scary, heart-rending tale of an 8 year old's battle with cancer, and God's miraculous response. The story is told primarily through a series of email updates to friends and others who are praying.

Just got back from the hospital. She
was dopey from whatever she's on (probably
morphine), and needs her hair washed,
but otherwise it's the same Tiffany.

It's a "different kind of tumor" (like
me, Tiffany does everything her own way,
even if it's out of her control 8^).
Malignant as hell [1]. They're doing
more tests this afternoon, full body
MRIs and whatever. Depending on what
they find, they will treat her. Even
if they don't find anything else, they
will probably start her on chemo as a
preventive measure. In today's bean
counter world of health, this says the
doctor doesn't like what he found any
more than I did.

[1] Literally. And it evokes the same
    reactions in me.
