Who's Afraid of Whom?

Why are they afraid? They're afraid of power. They're afraid of me. Why?

What am I afraid of? Of people who are afraid of me, of others, who have to try to make us into what they can control. You don't have to fear me. I have nothing against you, want nothing from you. I just want the freedom to live my life without interference from others, from people who are afraid - of themselves, of what they don't understand, of people they don't know.

That's why they're afraid. They don't know. They don't know me. Or themselves. Or they do know themselves. Doesn't matter, They're just afraid, and the only way to stop that fear is to kill. They have to kill, even if it's only your, my, their own freedom. Initiative. Creativity. Except on command. From them.

I can't help their fear. I'll try, but it's up to them. They have to control their fear, not the rest of the universe. I can't let them control mine. I won't.
