Watching tv when heard (and felt) a tremendous explosion so large it actually shook the house. Ran outside to locate any smoke or flames (as it sounded like it came from within a mile or so of me); but saw nothing. The dogs staggered a bit and ran inside as the ground was shaking like an earthquake and sounded like it was headed to the south towards Jasper, AL. Nothing on the evening news but a (rather cursuory) note.
