Amendment # 1 - Right to Privacy
Sept 27, 1997, by order of the President
The citizens have a right to privacy, including but not limited to the following areas:The government shall not attempt to issue any sort of national ID card.
- privacy from the government
- privacy from media harassment
- privacy from pollsters
- privacy from unwanted electronic solicitation of any sort, including telephone solicitation, door to door salespeople and Internet spamming
The above notwithstanding, Passports are Allowed.
