		<description><![CDATA[I think I saw PSI. On 10-13 @ 1:30-1:40 a.m. EST N.C. I missed the main entry. However, I was looking at the ground, and it lit up at least 3 feet either side of me from above where I looked up and saw only reminents of the tail end of it fizzling out. It was a wow moment. I wish I had seen the whole thing. Let me know if others have pics..It was quick and VERY bright.]]></description>
